Born in Mexico City, raised in Colorado, I’ve spent years learning every angle of the food world, working in restaurants, managing food trucks, building customer relationships, and navigating both the fast pace of corporate settings and the close-knit nature of local spots.

I know the hustle of running a restaurant, café, or food truck because I’ve lived it. From crafting menus and pricing strategies to training staff and solving those "fire-drill" customer service moments, I’ve seen what works in these situations!

With a background in marketing, social media strategy, and customer engagement, I blend old-school industry with modern tools that truly make a difference.
